The Interview Room Is a Different Exam

A 99 percentile means nothing if you can't hold a panel interview. Most students who fail to convert calls are not underprepared academically — they are underprepared for the room.

Personal Interview
Mock PI Sessions

Full panel-format mock interviews simulating IIM, XLRI, NMIMS, FMS, SPJIMR and other top B-school selection processes. Stress rounds, competency-based questions, profile-specific preparation. Every mock is followed by structured feedback — what worked, what didn't, and exactly what to fix.

Group Discussion
GD Rounds

Live group discussion simulation across different formats — topic-based, case-based, abstract GDs. Entry points, structuring arguments, handling conflict, summarising. The skills that panels actually evaluate.

Written Ability
WAT & AWT

Written Ability Test preparation for all major B-schools. Plus the Analytical Writing Task (AWT) specific to IIM Ahmedabad — a completely different format requiring structured analytical argumentation in 15 minutes.

Knowledge Preparation
GK & Subject PDFs

Curated GK PDFs covering current affairs, business, economy, and general awareness — built for B-school interview panels. Plus graduation subject PDFs for engineering, commerce, arts and science backgrounds.

Personal Support
1-on-1 Sessions & Feedback

Dedicated 1-on-1 sessions with ALP sir for profile-specific guidance. Detailed written feedback after every mock — specific points to improve, not generic advice. Iterate until the conversion happens.

What PI WAT GD Students Say

From the Cohort

"

From my CAT journey to XAT, sir stood with us at every step. The GDPI preparation was fantabulous — mock interviews, stress rounds, the study material, all perfectly structured and aligned. The budget PDF helped a lot in my actual interviews. The mock interviews from normal to stress rounds prepared me for exactly what happened in real interviews. Words can't define how much you helped, sir.

PI WAT GD — FAQs

Ideally 4–6 weeks before your first interview. For IIMs, shortlists typically come in January and interviews are in February–March. For XLRI and other institutes, the window is similar. Starting immediately after results is the right time — don't wait for all shortlists to arrive.

Yes — significantly. WAT (Written Ability Test) used by most IIMs is a general essay on a given topic, typically 20–30 minutes. AWT (Analytical Writing Task) is specific to IIM Ahmedabad — a 15-minute structured analytical piece requiring a clear position, logical argument, and concise writing. GRADSKOOL prepares students for both formats distinctly.

The programme includes multiple mock PI sessions depending on your call profile and preparation needs. The focus is on improvement across sessions — the number is not fixed because different students need different amounts of iteration. WhatsApp us to discuss your specific profile.

The programme is designed to cover IIMs (including IIM-A AWT), XLRI Jamshedpur, NMIMS Mumbai, FMS Delhi, SPJIMR, MDI Gurgaon, and all major B-schools that conduct PI/GD/WAT rounds. Profile-specific preparation is tailored to your shortlists.

The call is yours. The conversion is preparation.

Every B-school seat filled by a GRADSKOOL student was converted in the room — not just earned in the exam. The PI WAT GD programme exists for exactly that.
